Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Full Refund (Within 14 Days)

If you request a refund within 14 days of your subscription payment and you have attended fewer than 3 classes, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.

Case-by-Case Review (After 14 Days)

Refund requests made after 14 days, or by members who have attended 3 or more classes, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We consider the circumstances and try to reach a fair resolution.

No Refund

Refund requests made after the current billing period has ended are not eligible for a refund. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscribers receive a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Because of this discount, the refund terms are different:

Within the first 14 days and fewer than 3 classes attended: full refund available.

After 14 days: pro-rated refunds for unused months may be provided in exceptional circumstances only (e.g., medical emergency, relocation abroad).

Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the standard monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at bankpediaa@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include Your Details

In the email, include your registered email address, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.

Wait for Confirmation

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Receive Your Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation and refund are two different things:

Cancellation

Stops future auto-renewal charges. Your Inner Circle access continues until the end of your current paid period. No money is returned.

Refund

Returns money to your original payment method. If approved, your Inner Circle access is revoked immediately upon refund processing.

5. Failed Payments

If an auto-renewal payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason, we will attempt to notify you by email. Your Inner Circle access may be temporarily paused until the payment issue is resolved. No refund is applicable for failed payment periods where access was not available due to payment failure on your end.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing classes or features for an extended period.

Duplicate charges caused by payment system errors.

Circumstances that are clearly beyond your control (documented medical emergency, etc.).

All exceptions are at our sole discretion and decided on a case-by-case basis.
