By accessing or using Bankpediaa Skill Lab (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, free (Basic) members, and paid (Inner Circle) members of the Platform.
Bankpediaa Skill Lab is a professional development platform designed for Indian banking professionals. It provides live classes, homework assignments with review, skill tracking, community features, and monthly completion certificates.
The Platform is operated by Yogesh Kumar (Ex-Punjab National Bank) and is not affiliated with any bank, government body, or financial regulator.
Includes access to the Self Evaluation Test and limited dashboard features. The free tier is designed to help you experience the platform before subscribing. It is not a standalone product.
Includes everything: live classes twice a week, homework with admin review, skill meter tracking, leaderboard ranking, Secret Room community, monthly certificates, class recordings, class notes, and all content created by the instructor.
Pricing for Inner Circle membership is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing members.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to Inner Circle, you agree to the following:
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the date of purchase and renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment for 12 months of access.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not end your current paid period early.
We do not store your payment card details, UPI credentials, or bank account information. Razorpay handles all payment data.
Failed payments may result in temporary loss of Inner Circle access until the payment issue is resolved.

As a member of the Platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Not share your Inner Circle access, class links, recordings, or notes with non-members.
Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or server systems.
All class recordings, notes, curriculum materials, and platform design are the intellectual property of Bankpediaa Skill Lab. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or reproduce any Platform content without written permission.
Content you create on the Platform (homework submissions, Secret Room posts, comments) remains yours. However, by posting on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the Platform for its intended purpose.
Certificates issued by Bankpediaa Skill Lab certify completion of monthly modules based on attendance and homework criteria. They do not represent a government certification, university degree, or regulatory qualification.
The Secret Room is a private community for Inner Circle members. By participating, you agree to:
Be respectful to all members. No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
Not share confidential bank information, customer data, or classified internal communications.
Not promote any external product, service, or business without admin approval.
Not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any person's rights.
Use your pseudonym responsibly. Anonymity is a privilege, not a shield for bad behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms and Conditions or our Community Guidelines.
You engage in behaviour that is harmful to other members or the Platform.
Your payment fails repeatedly and remains unresolved.
You share Inner Circle content (recordings, notes, meet links) with non-members.
You may also choose to cancel your membership or delete your account at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription stops future charges but maintains access until the end of the current paid period.
Bankpediaa Skill Lab is an educational platform. We provide knowledge, skills, and community support to help banking professionals grow. However:
We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income increases, or professional advancement.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on skills learned on the Platform.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify active members by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
